Pricing FAQs

  • Why do you publish pricing up front?

    • ​We ask clients to demand clarity from systems, so we offer that same radical transparency. The 30-minute discovery call is purely a fit check, not a pricing reveal.

  • What counts as an hour?

    • ​Package hours refer strictly to 1-on-1 session time. Prep, intake review, and administrative time do not deduct from your hours.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    • Yes. We understand this is real money. If the cost is standing between you and this work, please say so on your free discovery call. We'd rather talk it through than have cost be a silent no.

  • What is your scope of work?

    • Check out the table here that lists what we do and don't do.​

  • What are the boundaries for In-Person Support?

    • ​We stand beside you to build your voice, not to speak for you or perform clinical nursing care.

    • Support is limited to clients enrolled in one our packages. In-person support is not a stand alone service.

    • Travel is limited to a 25-mile radius of Orangevale, CA.

    • Unless already discussed with your coach, in-person support requires advanced notice, preferrably during a session, to allow time for planning and coordination.

  • What are the boundaries for Text Support?

    • Text support provides continuity between sessions and is explicitly not for medical or mental health emergencies. Please call 911 for emergencies

    • Responses are provided within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5pm, although we try to be flexible.

  • Is this covered by insurance?

    • Services are private pay because coaching is forward-focused alignment, not billable medical treatment or therapy.
