Why do you publish pricing up front?

We ask clients to demand clarity from systems, so we offer that same radical transparency. The 30-minute discovery call is purely a fit check, not a pricing reveal.

What counts as an hour?

Package hours refer strictly to 1-on-1 session time. Prep, intake review, and administrative time do not deduct from your hours.

What are the boundaries for Text Support?

Text support provides continuity between sessions and is explicitly not for medical or mental health emergencies. Please call 911 for emergencies

Responses are provided within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5pm, although we try to be flexible.

Is this covered by insurance?

Services are private pay because coaching is forward-focused alignment, not billable medical treatment or therapy.
